"I am sorry to hear that customer is unhappy but as we told her prior to the job, that stain is already discolored and we CAN NOT fix something which is already damaged. Our carpet cleaning solution does not damage carpet."
"I am questioning intensions of this customer ... Here is why Our technician came out with the job order on 6.8, did the carpet cleaning service, customer gave him a check and was happy with our service. 2 hours later he called our office and accuse us of fraud, I asked what happen? Customer replied that he purchased Angie's List Deal and already paid thru them. I asked if he told that to technician, he replied "no". I asked why did he gave him a check, he did not have an answer. I assure customer that his own check will be back to him in the mail ASAP (was already sent back) No money was taking from his account and if he forgot that he purchased "Deal" and gave technician a check himself it is not a FRAUD on our part, simple miscommunication which is very easy to correct. Customer purchased "Deal" for $99 and was quoted $112, simply because we offer better "DEAL" thru Angie's List. He had service done for $99 which he paid and as far as we know was satisfied with cleaning. Truth of this story is very simple, customer need to present a paid Voucher to technician or at least mention that service had been paid for. Non of it would of happen with proper communication. But it is defiantly not a "FRAUD""
