SPC is great about scheduling my appointments and showing up on time. They thoroughly do their job and answer all my questions and concerns.

Fine worker was polite and respectful. Also unobtrusive. Did his job well.

Was very pleased with the work done. They came when they said and took care of the problem. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely use again.

I have no particular beef withe the service technicians sent to my home. They were punctual, curious, I think thorough, and well meaning. My beef is with the company and the contract. I recognize that I'm supposed to read the fine print, but now a days, every thing is written in tiny print -- and by a lawyer. I go with what we talk about. When I tell the company I want a long term contract and a guarantee, and the service rep tells me that's what I'm getting, well, then that's what I believe, and I don't call in a lawyer to interpret. In this case I was led to believe that if I paid the premium price, I would get a lifetime guarantee ( I paid 6x the annual price I paid in MD). When I called to arrange my annual inspection, I was informed that the price I paid was only good for two years. Two years, TOO Expensive, and I ended up clearing out the rodents by myself. No THANK YOU. There must be a more reasonably priced, straighter talking company available.

Southern Pest Control was fine. What I ended up with them was something little bit different than what the big deal was which actually worked out to my benefit. I ended up purchasing a two years plan with them that has just been great in terms of pest control. It was for interior and exterior spraying of pesticides. They came out and did that right away, they actually did not spray the interior, they just sprayed the exterior because the assessment that they did, he felt that it was only really needed in the outside. I had big jumpy spider like cricket things, I don't know what they are but they were all over, and it got rid of them and that was my primary goal, to get rid of things and so they did that and that was great. And then actually, because I had purchased the two year plan, I ended up with mice earlier this spring, late winter and they came right out and were very good about continuing to monitor the traps and getting rid of the mice in my house so it really was to my advantage and I really appreciate it.

They are excellent. They come out periodically four times a year, may be twice a year, but they will come out anytime if you call them. I would continue to use them.

Southern Pest Control is punctual and their price structure is good. They seem to do a good job.

You have been using them for years, They do a great job. Specifically technician Paul does a great job.

They are very good, their price was actually lower than almost anybody around, and they are very personable because they are a small company. The same person comes around every time. They are really excellent guys, they are on time and they call me, it's very nice.

It's gone very well. If I ever have any problems they come out right away.

The price stands out to me. They showed up the day they said they would be here and they showed up on time. To be honest, it’s unusual to have one of these guys show up on time but he did. He did a good job, he walked around the house and did his thing, and he kept it clean.

They have a good extended contract. They are willing to come out at any time during the contract period at no cost, if you find insects or pests that need to be managed.

Everything went well. They called me and scheduled an appointment for them to come out for their annual inspection and treatment in advance of the contract renewal date. The technician arrived on time for the appointment and did his work in a workman-like manner. He also took time to point out areas around the house that pests would likely use as breeding grounds, so I could clear out those areas, thereby limiting the population of pests around my yard.
