The appraisal had multiple issues, including using the wrong neighborhood and selecting properties that provided an inaccurate comparison. Suggestions to consider other mitigating factors, including bids for the property in question, were ignored without any explanation. Overall, the entire process was lazily done and did not reflective of the actual property value.
