SHAFFER FLOORING

It went really well.  The owner of the company came to give an estimate and discuss, in detail, what work would be done.  The workmen showed up when promised, were hard workers, and were very meticulous regarding our home and protecting the rest of the house from dust from the construction. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the workmen themselves.  They were courteous and responded to our requests regarding how they entered the house.  The lead man on the job, Mark, couldn't have more obliging and courteous to deal with.  I would definitely use this company again, since they did what they promised, on the schedule they promised, and at the price they agreed to.  I don't see how you could ask for more than that.

My experience with the company and the estimate was fine. It was kind of different when they had someone different come in to do each individual job. Such as tearing up the old floor, putting in the new one, sanding, finishing. Each task was done by someone different. The work was not top notch but it was fine. The outcome is good. The owner was professional. I am just used to the same people doing the entire job. Everything turned out ok though.
