Originally, Jim was recommended to me by a friend who is a general contractor. Jim and his team are fantastic. We had some hits and misses in a major kitchen renovation and Jim was definitely one of the hits. He was professional, punctual, and constantly in communication regarding the progress of the project. Best of all, he was easy to reach. If he didn't answer his cell phone he was back to us in hours. The quality of the work was top notch and his team was meticulous. He spent time with us trying to come up with an optimal lighting plan for our dream kitchen and talked us through any needed changes due to our home's structural limitations. He also managed to squeeze us in on short notice for a couple of small tweaks so that the rest of our project could stay on schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. In fact, my friend already used him for a much smaller repair and couldn't believe how quickly they responded and how reasonable the price was.
