Confused as to why they don't have it from the invoice of 6 mo ago. (They seem to know everything else about you.)
Then they were going to charge me $100 just to come out.  I refused; they did end up crediting the fee. 
Not at all happy!  Usually happy with Sears products, but this service was unacceptable!

Sears has sent lawn mower, etc repairs to an outside company. Seems the company may have too much on their plate. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get my mower back.

I called a different company to try and get my lawn mower repaired.

Very well. I discovered the problem with my washer and scheduled the service online at Sears website. I had an appointment the very next day at Noon The service was fast, professional, and affordable for all the work completed.

hi all,Normally i dont write reviews, but I had to remark on my experience. I was scheduled yesterday for a repair between the hours of 1-5pm. I sat home from work all day and no one showed up by 5pm. It was for a dishwasher repair. I started dinner and family came home. At 630pm the repair guy called and asked if he could still come in a bit, hour or two and if it was too late. I told him forgetaboutit, and hung up the phone. His supervisor called me back immediately and asked why I told his technician not to come. I remarked that it was now almost 7pm and the time was supposed to be around 1-5pm. Funny how supervisor called back immediately! That if he would have called me anytime during that time and explained the situation I would have probably been ok, but to allow someone to sit at home all day and night waiting, its just bad business. My husband does HVAC so we find appointment times very important. Please dont waste your time with this company. This is our third time using them with this kind of poor service! They dont care about your time, so go with someone else on angies. That is what Im doing! thanks

They're dependable...prompt and punctual and they come quickly when you call them.

We don't have warranty with them and use them when it breaks. Fortunately the dryer wouldn't act up when they came. We spent a $129 on that service. In the past when we have called them out they have were typically here on time, very professional and that day they were running about 1.5 hours behind and we were the last call of the day. That took up half the time, but typically when they say they are going to be here they are right here on the spot. The dryer seemed to be overheating, but that day it did not want to do that.

He got here on time. I got the mower out for him. The man was very professional, and his name was Doug. This guy did what he had to do in record time, he was very professional and courteous, and was just perfect. He really knew what he was doing with the product, and he did a good job.
