The project was initially delayed by permitting issues (not related to contractor), delaying the start of the project by two months. Thereafter work proceeded at an uneven pace due to availability of subs, but they always answered the phone and came by when we needed a face-to-face. The quality of work varied from fair to excellent, depending on the sub-contractor, but overall was good. My only real issue with them was related to scope changes, as several disputed charges were presented with the final bill. (However this was resolved to both parties' satisfaction.)
Their expertise is in grading/pile-driving/bulkheads/piers etc. and I would highly recommend them for that type of work. I think they were less experienced in home construction and relied a lot of their subs. I would probably choose someone else for that type of work.

They were great. They worked with me from Design, to value engineering, to completing the actual project. I couldn't be more happy with how or remodel turned out. Thanks Guys!
