They always do a GREAT job.  We have used them for about 8 or 10 years at our home, some commercial properties, and at our office.  They did a really good job on our sofa too.

It was wonderful. There were a couple of stains up in the loft area that required extra treatment and they came back three times to do treatments and were very good about doing so. They said the best way would be to eventually pull up the carpet and the pad to get it completely cleaned, but for now they said to just continue to treat it. They gave me some advice for repairing the spot with new carpet but since it is a patterned carpet it is going to be more difficult.

We found Royal Carpet Care on Angie's List. We were very pleased with their work. They were friendly and professional, worked hard and cleaned up afterward. Their price was fair and we would highly recommend them to everyone.

Arrived exactly when they said they would for estimate and work. Very courteous and professional. Did a great job stretching carpet in one room that was very loose. They worked extra hard to stretch older carpet in other bedroom. Carpets looked great when they were done and by next day (after drying) they were nice a tight again. Thought price was very reasonable for work they did.

This is the 2nd time I have used Royal Carpet. They have done an outstanding job both times. I have had some problems with my carpets stretching out and Gene was able to re-stretch and straighten out all of the problems. After stretching the carpet they cleaned it, and it looks AMAZING!

I don't know what they used to clean the carpets but there was not strong odor or residue left behind. I highly recommend Royal Carpet. Great job Gene and Michelle...you guys are great!
