Jan is an amazing realtor. You always hear these horror stories about how realtors just want to get paid and they will suggest the worst of the worst just to get you to buy a house. Jan is NOT like that. She is the exact opposite. My husband and I spent a year and a half looking for the perfect home and we had our own hiccups that kept us from buying, yet she never hesitated to work with us. Not only was she a great realtor to have, but she made the buying process easier-she knew what she was doing and she knows how to get things done-whether it is a short sale, foreclosure or just a regular buy. Don't hesitate to use her advice with home inspectors and other inspectors. She only has the best because she actually cares about her clients. Unless I leave the area or she does, I won't go to another realtor. And if I do leave, I will find out if she knows anyone good wherever I am going. I can say I trust her full heartedly to get the job done the right way the first time with her clients best interests in mind 100% of the time.
