Roger procured the wrong permit and then would not help to resolve. His responsiveness and acceptability of any responsibility is costing the new homeowners the sale of their home.

He finished a job that another contractor started. He was recommended by a neighbor who had used him several times in the past. This gentleman has lots of experience and very knowledgeable of his trade. He was great and communicated with us through the entire project.
