Terrible.
The movers showed up on time but went about their packing and loading very slowly. They did not mark boxes clearly and exactly. They left things in the house on top shelves and in closet spaces. We had to rent a U-Haul trailer to take the things that were left. Even though they could see that they did not have a large enough truck, they made no effort to get a larger one to take care of the load. They seemed to be in a big hurry at the end (they took all day). I did sign the inventory sheet but I was sick and could not verify every item, nor couldd I bring them to task then for the poor job they were doing. We did not file a complaint against the company - some antique swords were missing at the destination - because I had no proof except pictures. They had only listed "antiques" and not each item i.e. mahogany table, french bedside table, three samurai swords with holder. Very sloppy. I wish I had not been so sick as I would have made them start over and do it right even if we did have to start out later. I would never use them again.

"Dear customer, I am very sorry to hear you were not happy with our services. You did have us deliver your items to a warehouse that was closing. You told the driver to meet you there at 4:00 pm to unload, when the place closed at 5:00. The driver had to sleep there until the next day,because the storage facility would not allow us to unload. This setback on all other deliveries is an additional fee that I waived. The truck was not at all too small, it picked up all your belongings with room to spare, and transported your items to our tractor trailer. You never once called me about any missing items at all. You also had us deliver you to a competitors warehouse, who was less then kind in working with us. I can't believe you would say you had antique pieces missing and not call me about it. You had a very punctual and courteous move, and I was always a phone call away. I never knew you were unhappy in the least with our services, and you complimented me and my husband for our care and kindness when we picked you up. Again my apologies if you feel our service was lacking. If you have not already found your missing items you are welcome to call me and file a claim. Their price was very good. The pickup and delivery was on time, even earlier than they said, and very professional. Nothing was broken.

It went well. He gave me quote that I thought was initially high, but later I found it to be accurate. The staff was punctual, professional, friendly, and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called Owner, who was very helpful and set up date and time for move fairly quickly. She gave me an estimate and I needed to provide a money order for the balance on the day of the move. My wife was there and the movers were actually early. They were very helpful and even attempted to take the backyard swing apart, which was not part of the original quote. We ran over the alloted time of 4 hrs by 2 or so and did have to pay a little extra, but the service was excellent and I even reffered the company to one of my colleagues.

The men were fabulous! Owen, Jonah, Chris, and Doll were very strong, polite, organized, quick, and obviously very expert at their job. They were very careful with my stuff. They wrapped all the furniture carefully and thoroughly. They asked questions when appropriate. They pointed out nicks and damage from previous moves. I have moved a lot and never saw anything like this!!! The price was very fair but for the service I would have paid even more. It is scary to see your nice stuff go off into storage, but I feel very comfortable that the guys took care of everything when they unloaded it into storage.

We were moving from a 3rd floor 1 bedroom apartment to a home less than 5 miles away. The original moving company changed the price they had quoted the day before our move. Because it was an apartment and our lease was up we had to be out the next day by midnight. I called Robin at Road Runner and they added us at the last minute. They called to tell us they were on the way. They showed up on time, completed the work in the amount of time they said they would (so there were no surprise charges), and moved everything carefully. They have great references and are rated very highly by the BBB. Any time I or any one I know move, we will use Road Runner. I learned a lot in the course of this move. For example, some companies quote a per hour price and then change it at the last minute when they know it is too late for your to do anything. Or they tell you the job will take 4 hours when it really takes 6-8. They load items onto the truck and when they get to the new home they refuse to take anything off the truck until you pay them the new amount, essentially hold your items hostage. Be very careful when hiring a mover and check references and on line complaints.
