Punctual! Fast!

Joe did a fabulous job with my project. I was impressed with how much he cared that I would liked how the final product would look and took the time to discuss and sketch out the whole design with me.  I had picked an expensive idea from pictures clipped out magazines and off the internet, and didn't know that the hardware and materials for it alone was going to put me over budget.  Joe instantly thought of some creative ways for me to get the same look for way less with a special custom build out he could do. I was excited that he was so willing to jump into the project where 2 other contractors had left me high and dry. I was feeling so burnt after my last contractor experience and was alittle uneasy. Joe put me at ease and was chopping at the bit ready to dive in with a "when can I start?" attitude. very motivated and talented.

Other contractors I had come out to quote it, didn't want to get involved where someone else had left off, but He took ownership of the project and really made it beautiful.

Joe and his crew were always on time too. I have never had a contractor ask me how early they could start, but this guy was up literally before my chickens on the farm -  the crack of dawn. He had a large crew working full time to tackle the task in a matter of a few days, even worked all day on a Saturday. The construction area was always neat and as a single gal, I felt comfortable with these guys around. I had a few design thoughts and ideas to incorporate (after work had already begun) and he listened to me and cared. He was really fair with adjusting the price since it was going to be more time involved and I soo appreciated that.  

The paint job he did was spectacular, now MY project looks like IT should be in a magazine and have already received a ton of compliments on it!!  Just so impressed with Joe. He stained my wrap around porch/deck as well and did a great job as well.  I hope i can add pictures to this site since I love to show this project off.  First contractor I have ever wanted to brag about and feel really lucky to have found him!
