Great work!

I am totally remiss in writing this review, because this is the third time this summer we have received service from Rick Setzer, Electrical Contractor, Inc. I guess that makes me really qualified to comment on the service. I had used them a few years ago as well, and, because I was so impressed with them, I kept their card in my Rolodex. In short, I wish you had a rating higher than 'excellent' because these folks exceed every expectation I have ever had of any service provider. When I call them, they know immediately that we are a bed and breakfast and they even remember the hours between which it is optimal to perform work when the guests are likely not to be in their rooms. Each of the three times I have used them this year, they have come out on the same day I called (even though I said it was not an emergency) and completed the work before our 3 pm . check in time. Yesterday, they diagnosed the ceiling fan as needing to be replaced and they went out and bought one. Because we trust them so much, we knew that we would like what they chose and we surely do. It is even nicer than what was in the room to begin with...they chose a fan that is in keeping with our victorian, historic house (not that they had electric fans back then). We have used many electricians and many service providers over the years and I do have to rank these folks at the very top of my list.
