Restoration Exteriors is tidewater's Restoration Exteriors, LLC was founded by Thomas (T.E.) Jones and Jason Gioffre. With over 29 years of combined building industry knowledge, T.E. Jones and Jason Gioffre make a remarkable team. Each brings individual traits and talents to their partnership which makes for a formidable team that puts the clients ideas and goals first and foremost. T.E. has had great success in helping homeowners throughout the construction of their new homes and utilizing the best products in building today. At Restoration Exteriors, we pride ourselves on giving the space that our clients need to make a thorough and educated decision. We implore no “pushy” sales tactics and remain consultative throughout the entire process. Because of this professional approach, here is what to expect when working with Restoration Exteriors. At the beginning we discuss with you your goals for the project and take some measurements. Then, talk about your remodeling priorities: what’s a “need” for you, what’s a “want” for you. We visit your ideal DREAM scenario for your home makeover and the products that best fit that scenario. The work is done (after the crews worked cleanly and efficiently while respecting my OCD requests which I gave to Bob who remained in constant contact overseeing the job to ensure I was happy), and my home looks amazing. For the tight budget I
had, Restoration Exteriors did masses of projects to a high standard... my 30 year old house is the prettiest around.
Restoration Exteriors, I believe, provided a fair price to begin with. Haggling back and forth was not necessary. We agreed on a start date as long as the weather cooperated since it was an outdoor project. I paid 10 % deposit. Unfortunately weather did not cooperate and we had to delay the start by two days.
Manager said that they will be there by about 8....and he was there right on time. The supplies person showed up a few minutes later and unloaded the supplies in the drive way. Few minutes later the work crew arrived. There were a few choices to be made on look of some the items to be installed. Manager had them create a couple of samples, I chose one of those to be the pattern to be installed. After that the crew took over making the various pieces needed,,, doing the prep work. It looked like that each of them knew exactly what they were to be doing once they arrived at the scene. I made some soft drinks available to them. One of the owners of the company came around lunch time to check how it was going. They cleaned up at the end of the day/
They only took a reasonable lunch break and worked until about 6:30 or so. Almost the same work schedule was kept the second day. Same was true the third day. Work completed around lunch time, the quality assurance guy came and checked things out. At the end of work the cleanup person cleaned up the drive way and picked up any scraps of metal from flower beds. Wrapped up and left! Few days later Manager and I met and I paid the remaining balance.
