Jim was recommended to use by a family member. He promptly responded to my call and came out that day to provide measurements and an estimate. Later that night he followed up with material regarding choices of shower doors. The moment they showed up he called to schedule and was out the next day. He worked quickly to install them and they look great.

I hired Jim to install a walk in shower door/enclosure as part of a master bathroom renovation almost 5 years ago. He did an excellent job, returned phone calls, answered questions and showed up on time. Now, 5 years later, I am still extremely pleased with his work, and his customer service. I have insulated windows and Renaissance had to order the glass. When it came in the manufacture got the grid wrong. Jim called me promptly apologized for the inconvenience and had glass expedited. They were very flexible on the scheduling, prompt and on time, and friendly, and made sure that everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. Over all a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Came out quickly to look at the issue. Called and arranged the installation as soon as the parts were received. Work was completed quickly and neatly. My ONLY concern was that he prefers cash or check and (it could just be me not remembering) don't recall that mentioned in our conversations. Would recommend for all your glass needs, and will call again happily I we need more glass replaced.
