Dianne Carter and Steve O’Brien were very professional in their interactions with me, and the team efficiently handled multiple offers and counter-offers. I appreciated that I didn’t get pressure to accept the early low offers and that Dianne was obviously looking out for my best interests. She is very knowledgable and answered all my questions. As a seller, I greatly appreciated the $7000+ savings from using the flat-fee Redefy instead of a traditional realtor. I didn’t miss out on any major benefit! I highly recommend Dianne Carter and her Redefy team!
