His team was immaculate in their preparation & performance of several rooms in our home including front entrance foyer, second floor common areas, dining room, front office and our family room. All rooms painted included the ceilings and all of these rooms had considerable wood trim including baseboards, crown molding, bookshelves, transoms, and wood trimmed windows. Ricardo's team was fully ready for their day's work by 8:00 am each morning with their shoes covered the entire time. All furniture and floors were covered, surfaces fully prepared and imperfections corrected before they applied any paint. We couldn't be more satisfied with the results! Ricardo brings a superb work ethos and humble but professional persona which is reflected by the professionalism, courtesy and quiet efficiency of the entire painting team. Very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the work and the diligence in keeping us well satisfied. Ricardo and his crew were very careful and did the work for a really good price. His quote was approximately $4,000 less than the two other quotes I received from highly rated Angie's List painters.

This was a horrible experience! He took only 2 days to do the work. All the other painters had told me it would take a week to do the painting. He rushed through the whole job. Complained the entire time and did not comply with what I had asked him to do of which he had agreed. Not only that one of his workers stole some personal items out of my home. Ricardo did not ask him about it. They painted my hinges on 9 doors, I asked him to take the paint off the hinges and he refused. I asked him to fix some problems in the walls like he agreed to do, he refused. He also had agreed to put the hardware for the windows, ceiling vents back where they were supposed to be-he refused. He said he wasn't going to do anything else-I still had indicators of where he needed to fix and touch up-he refused to do any more. He refused to take down and replace light fixtures additionally of which was an additional expense to me. It was a VERY UNPLEASANT experience. I would never have him in my home again and will recommend no one else to hire him. He did not stand behind any of the agreements we had.
