Home Security System Service
Technician was responsive to request for an estimate and timely in doing the work requested. He arrived on time. Worked until job was done. He offered advice to us and trained us in how to use the system. He fax'd paper work to our insurance company so we could get a lower rate.

What I didn t like is after 6 months a battery went dead and when they came out to replace it they never mentioned a fee or any charge for that. A month later I got a bill for $65 and I felt like this was underhanded and I am thinking about changing companies.
