I was given an 11-3 window. I called them at 12. They told me I was on the list and they would have someone call me. someone called me. He asked for the address. He told me he knew where it was. He has yet to show up. I waited until 3:40 and called them. I spoke with Pamela who said she would contact the locksmith. She put me on hold for 10 minutes and the line was disconnected. I called back and got a guy and told him I would call Angie's List. *EDIT* they did end up showing up and doing a good job so I updated the grades for them.

I lost the master keys for the Avalon. I was not able to drive the car. I had it towed to Casey Toyota. I was told by the local Dealer, Casey Toyota that the entire computer had to be replaced at the cost of $1400.00 plus labor and cost of the keys. The cars value was $4500.00. At the suggestion of my insurance agent, I called Pop-A-Lock. They came as soon as possible. It was a Sunday afternoon. They made 2 keys, using their equipment, without having to replace the computer. Total cost $400.00.

He was very nice and did good work. I was comfortable with him and he was very honest. He also had good advise for implementing some safety things for the house.

I locked my keys in the car in Hampton, (with the house keys, so I couldn't go home and get the spare set). They told me it would be about 40 minutes and the technician would call a few minutes prior to arrival. Within 15 minutes, the tech called and said they were a couple minutes away. The technician was friendly and professional and had my car unlocked in less than 5 minutes. Thanks guys!

I locked myself out of my house and car at the same time. I called Pop a lock who was able to send someone over within 30 minutes. They also gave me a quote on the phone, which was $65 with a possible $10 extra charge if both car and house had to be opened (the only way to get into the garage (which was likely the easiest lock) was to get the garage door opener out of my car (yes, a bit crazy, but new house/moving situation)! The locksmith showed up within 30 minutes and confirmed the price that had been mentioned on the phone. He then attempted to go through the front door, so we could avoid the extra charge, but ultimately had to go the other route. The job was a bit more challenging than some, and took about 30 minutes, but after all was said and done I was in my house and paid the expected $75 fee. A friend of mine had just used a locksmith a month prior with an expectation of a $50 or so fee. She did not receive a quote on the phone, and after the guy showed up and opened her door within a minute, she was charged $150 dollars. I was very pleased with pop a locks service and price

Came at 630 in the morning, within 30 minutes of being called. Was apple to open house door after being locked out without damaging lock. No surprises on price, and fast service. I liked how he asked for ID after I had access to my wallet... Makes me feel better that they check before letting someone in a house. Took credit card on the spot. Whole thing done in 15 minutes!

They are very good. There was no charge because it was covered by my insurance. I've also used them before to unlock my car. They are very prompt.

My daughter locked her keys in the trunk, and they were here pretty quickly. They were very prompt. They came, did the job, and left. The quality of their service was good.

Bottom line: I will NEVER lock my keys in the car again -- but if I did, I'd call this outfit.
