Within an hour of calling Pet Cremation Services of Tidewater they were at our home to pick up our pet.  Our pet was cremated and we were able to pick him up the following day.  They were very sensitive and compassionate throughout the entire process.

I liked their compassion and sensitivity. They're just very professional. They offer pickups, which is wonderful. They pick up the animal, and cremate the animal. They were first class. It's a very difficult time. They treated my pet with respect, and treated me with respect.

This service did everything they stated on the phone at the price quoted. They were very sympathic about our loss, and made our beloved Cali's cremains available the next day, even though it was late evening when they received her body for cremation. They returned her in a lovely flowered tin, with her all of the documents pertaining to the service they performed. They included a beautiful poem ,"The Rainbow Bridge," that brought us comfort in our time of pain and loss.
