PERFECTION AUTO REPAIR

Jack with Perfection has serviced all of my automobiles. He is always very fair, he does not try to add unnecessary repairs to up-charge. I trust him completely and have never had any issue with anything that he has repaired for me.

We have been using Perfection since 2007. As owners of old and new cars, Jack and his team do great work on both. I know when Jack says something has to be worked on it's because it does, not because he is trying to pad his pockets. He is honest, stands behind his work and trustworthy. He has also helped us avoid buying lemons. When getting ready to buy a used car we bring it to Jack to make sure it would be a good purchase.

I had taken my car to three separate shops in the past two years for my A/C not working. Every time I was told it was fixed and it wasn't. Finally took my car to Jack after a couple friends recommended him and my A/C is actually working! Nice, honest and upfront. He stands behind his work. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!

I have had work done at this company for several years in order to beat inflated dealer costs for the same work. The owner personally oversees the work. In one case a car simply 'died.' Would run. It was submitted to a specialty electrical company for evaluation. Still wouldn't work. Jack Reich, owner of Perfection, went into detail, discovered that a wrong alternator had been put on the car when new. He contacted the parts manufacturer for Honda which sent a representative to Virginia Beach, given the proof of the problem being caused by an incorrect alternator, the parts manufacturer picked up towing bill, repair bill, parts bill, and replacement of car's computer and complete electrical system for ZERO DOLLARS. The Honda dealership never goes to that extent to solve problems. Perfection Auto (and I have a copy of the bill) saved me more than $1,300 on this repair.

We call in and tell them what we need done, or tell them what is going on with the vehicle. They let us know approximately when the work will be completed and are very accurate. Jack has even come to my work to bring our vehicles back when I am running late. He and Tina are awesome to deal with. I feel extremely confident with their workmanship!

The technicians are experienced and talented at dealing with most problems; on many different makes and models. They are honest about the duration of repair, as well as the cost. This particular problem was quite dangerous, so it had to be done right. They only had the car for a couple of days. The steering worked perfectly, after the repair was complete.
