From our Virginia Beach office, we handle the entire Hampton Roads area (Southside & Peninsula). Our mission is to provide superior customer service, exceeding all expectations. Everything was great until I discovered there was no sealant used on my shower flange... Now I have the same damage back... Had to completely remove my shower and replace floor. These guys don't even have the courtesy to return a phoner call. Do yourself a favor.. call First Atlantic or United. At least they return phone calls.

I have had work done by this company a few times over the years, but will not hire them on any future projects. I am usually an advocate of small family owned businesses, but their business has expanded and scheduling can be tricky. If you need an appointment soon, this is not the business to call. I also feel that customer service has declined both from the employee(s) providing the work and the employees that work in the office. I have researched other providers and found others with great reviews that can offer the same services at lower prices.

The Peerless here in Virginia Beach is awesome. From the call to schedule the appointment to Chris's arrival. Chris did an amazing and professional job! They're fantastic. The guy, Chris, who comes out is definitely As across the board. I've used them several times. They're very reasonable. He shows up when he says they're going to show up. Their pricing is very fair and they're flexible with that. He is just a great guy. He does a good job and he's a very nice person.

Everything looked great, and the carpet smelled great afterwards.  The Peerless carpet cleaner guy was pretty fast but thorough.  Paid attention to the high-traffic areas as well as the areas we asked for extra attention on.  The price was quite reasonable.

They were very good. They were right on board and took care of the flooding that had been done. They pulled everything, had the fans out and dried it all up. In terms of the pricing, we had insurance coverage.

They are reasonably priced.  There was nothing that I disliked about them.  They were fine.  They were very nice and they did their work.  They were efficient and did what they could do in a reasonable time.  I did not have any problems with them.

They were okay. They do pretty good work on water remediation. With regard to quality, I have nothing to compare it to, so I can't say. I have only had to do water remediation once. Their responsiveness was great.

They were great. They were on time. They worked with the insurance payoff. We did some tradeoff 'cause I upgraded my kitchen and they were very patient and they were very thorough. I may need to call them because I'm having an electrical problem.

My outstanding insurance company recommended Peerless and I couldn't be more pleased with my service.  Jeffery  was my rep and he is the 'picture' of professionalism.  He was there the first day of call and he gave me his personal cell number. I used it and Jeffery was completely accessible.  He communicated with my insurance company and kept me informed.  Jeffery went to bat for my cause and it is because of him that my insurance company completely covered the drying portion of my loss.   Peerless is a winner.

They gave me a discount because I was a property manager at the time. They cleaned all of our carpets in my rental properties. They did a really good job. I called them to clean my furniture because my cat peed on it.  They came within an hour. They were very responsive.

We had a coupon. We are happy with their service. They were prompt and moved furniture when necessary. They were personable. They did not try to up sell us. They came and completed the work. The carpet dried fairly quickly.

They are nice,repectful  folks, and ours was discounted b/c they serviced our community.I would want to try another company before using them again.You had to ask for and pay extra to add deorizer and  carpet freshner ahead of time or they  would not add it on at the appoinment,,,I was luckie ,, They where a bit too quick to get the job done and ,My carpets where a little to wet after cleaning,,Over all,i have no one else to compare them too.Other thana next door neiobor who used them also .They where not please with the work,I was pleased with the service,I am not sure if i would use them again unless they where running a speical..

I had a dryer fire on a weekend. Laundry room was damaged but smoke went thru the house with soot everywhere even upstairs. Called Insurance company Monday morning was given options for restoration. I choose Peerless Restoration because I wanted someone local. They exceeded my expectations. Peerless was out that afternoon and inspected the house. Machines were brought out that afternoon to clean out smoke smell. The following morning at 8 am a cleaning crew began cleaning in every noke and craney. They were amazing and totally professional. My burned up dryer was removed by them and stored at their warehouse. I did not expect that. My carpets were cleaned my upholstery was cleaned my draperies were removed to be dry cleaned. They emptied my garage and painted it and put the contents back. The employees were friendly, professional and very polite. They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and give them 2 thumbs up and a A+++ rating.
