The inspection was good, used them 3 times, I am an investor and I always call him for an inspection on properties that I am interested in buying. Always asked him for evaluation before I decide on buying a property. He is always on time with our appointments. He is good in telling me what his job is and what exactly what he is doing as an inspector. He also give me advise on repairs as well.

The Home inspection was a great experience.....Thomas is people person in which he is going to explain every issue with your home....and he is going to tell you where his expertise lies. He does not come off as a know it all but kinda like that guy next door that has all the tools you want to borrow....He even came back out to do a re-inspection after the repairs were made..... He is your guy hands down
