No work was done. They were very thorough in their presentation options like they had if you are Military, if you are a teacher discount, but their quote was extremely high, I thought. He was very good. He explained us the training they go through. It wasn't done in such way as to downgrade anybody else, it was kind of hard to grade for an estimate, I was positive toward them except it was a bit more when I didn't feel that I had proof over problems. I developed positive attitude towards them in terms of their capability. My impression was that they are of good quality, but that was strictly on what they explained to me about the training and everything about the company. They came right away on time when they said. This young man gave me the impression of being very professional. I would use them if I had the financial resources.

They have very prompt service if you call them in between the normal visits, if you need extra attention. I will continue to use Orkin.

They were always on time. They were prompt. They were better than the other company I used. Even though I ended up getting the service person changed three or four times, they were always very nice people and answered any questions that I had. The last technician that I had, I had him for two years and he was really sweet. I could even call and ask them questions. On the termites, they actually have the traps instead of the spraying and it works much better. That is why I went with them; I liked their system better than the other ones, where they drill into the foundation.

We have been using them ever since we bought our first home in 1984. We have it set up on an every other month thing and they will come in between if you see anything, they are very good about that, they don't charge extra.
