- Initially great service on an old HVAC unit on 7/4; excellent service. Convinced to replace system... - Initial install was as expected, based on initial service to old unit... prompt and professional. - The seven follow-up service calls to fix all the subsequent problems were exceedingly disappointing. - Customer service rep implied that my demands were unreasonable. - End result of several service calls was a message that "customer expectations were too high" - After two months, root cause finally diagnosed, and fixed (I hope); so I guess my expectations weren't unrealistic after all. - AC seems to now work fine, but winter is upon us, and the jury is still out on the heating capability.
