Office Depot - Virginia Beach

They told me I had a Worm and I told them that did not make any sense. They said this had happened before so I had to bring my computer in to them. They wiped all the files off of it then I took it home and the screen was still black so it ended up that the monitor was bad, just as I thought. I will never in my life go to them again; they totally messed my computer up for no valid reason. When I responded to them to explain about it after I discovered what happened they would not respond back. They would not acknowledge anything, because they knew they were wrong, obviously. So I tell everybody I know do not go to Office Depot unless you want something ruined.

They're very friendly, and they have great prices. They have an excellent rewards system as well.

It was a great experience and they were successful in solving the problem of my wife's computer. My wife's computer had a virus problem, though she had anti-virus protection. They took about a day or 2 to fix the problem.

They were very nice and even once I took my computer and they worked on it and didn't even charge me for the repair. They even performed an entire analysis for free. The customer service reps are very friendly and they aren't out to rip you off. They basically give you what you need and they made me feel comfortable. It is really nice when they spend their time on you and are so helpful and don't charge you for the service.
