My previous gutter system regularly was overwhelmed by rainstorms. Water cascading over the edge of the gutters. Too much water getting to areas I didn't want. Woody Norris recommended larger 6 inch gutters and downspouts, and in two places suggested adding downspouts to accommodate all the water coming into the gutters. It's now a month later and we had the first big rain that I had a chance to inspect the new system. Was very pleased.
Woody used seamless aluminum gutters that were color-matched to my existing paint scheme.
