True professionals in all aspects! They came by and provided a quote timely, scheduled the work, the head installer came by the day before just to review the job, workers showed up on time (3 of them), they did the work showing care as not to make a huge mess/cleaned up as the went along and did the work was done with extreme craftsmanship. Total cost was spot on for estimate. I can't say enough about the job they did. I had 3-4 other handymen look at the job and although they said they could do it I felt they were in way over there heads with the leak issue. NBS took the time to really look at it and do it right!
