I had applied for a home loan through an out of state mortgage center. This particular mortgage company kept adding in additional fees to bring to the closing table for closing expenses (even though the seller was paying for closing costs). After over two months of WAITING for them to finish my loan approval, and to stop the run around, i was referred to New American Mortgage Center. Still sceptical i gave it a shot since the closing day was JUST around the corner. Suprisingly they were not only able to approve me, they lowered my interest rate, and finished the entire process in only a few days (bringing $0 to closing). Not much to say for that other mortgage company. Now i am packed and ready to close on my first home tomorrow. Thanks New American for NOT giving our family the run around!
