ME AND MY WIFE CAME IN ON NOVEMBER 1ST 2021 AROUND 3 PM NOBODY EVEN APPROACHED US TO FIND OUT IF WE NEED ANY ASSISTANCE 5 MINUTES LATER WE JUST LEFT FOR ANOTHER STORE AND PURCHASED PRODUCTS FOR 1500$.

Tile was ordered and they gave me a delivery date. Tile came in when they said it would.  All the tile was in perfect condition  when it arrived.   Near the end of the job the contractor found he ordered one less special order  tile than was needed. Mosaic  Tile found one at their store and gave it to us at no charge!

We used their planning services to decide on our tile and tile configuration. They couldn't have been more friendly and knowledgeable. The huge showroom made it much easier to pick out our tile-as a matter of fact we copied from one of their bathroom displays.

After we decided on our tile, the order desk could not have been more knowledgeable and professional. They knew their products and were able to answer all of our questions-they even introduced us to procedures we hadn't even considered (i.e Schluter waterproofing systems-which we ended up using). As the orders came in, we were promptly notified.

I recently purchased tile back-splash and 12"x24" floor tile for a kitchen remodel I am working on. I am a DIY installer and all the people at Mosaic were extremely helpful in guiding us to a tile that suited our style and one that worked with our new kitchen. The sales staff in the tile shop is very professional and goes out of their way to answer questions. The prices on all the tile is going to be more than a big box store, however the selection is HUGE, so you can not compare the two. Additionally, they worked with me on the price and we came to an agreeable price, plus it is the tile my wife and I liked. We went with 3"x6" brushed marble tile, with a glass mosaic pencil pattern running horizontally through it for accent on our back splash and it looks outstanding! The colors and movement in the marble tile is extraordinary. I would recommend them again. Thanks.

You can make an appointment with Mosiac, which I like that way you have the salesperson full attention. I was up front with our salesperson that we were only looking to get info and probably would buy within the week. Our salesperson Alicia was absolute awesome!!! She didn't pressure us at all. She was very patient with us during our decision. I went to another place and was disappointment. I called back to set up another appointment with Alicia and once again she was awesome with ideas and working within our budget. She never once pressured me to buy. I like that! I work in sales as a retail salesperson and as a real estate agent and I don't believe in pressuring a client. I will ALWAYS do business with Mosiac Tile and Alicia. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We loved our experience with Mosaic Tile. We worked with Amy Bell who walked us through the whole process. This was our first tile ordering tile and she made it so easy. Amy worked with our contractor to get our budget and amounts needed. She really helped us stay within our budget and put together beautiful bathrooms. LOVE all the choices we made that she guided us to.
The tile itself is beautiful and we love it.
There were a couple of snags - one kind of tile was left off the order and we had to order more of one decorative tile. Mosaic Tile came through super fast and professionally to help us get what we needed.
We would highly recommend them and hope to work with them again in the future.

Mosaic has a unique selection of products - some of which is very competitively priced compared to the big tile dealers. The staff helped me to find great looking porcelain at my price point and also provided design advice.

Arrogant, brash unprofessional, rude and acted like I did them a favor by walking into their business.
