I thought I would have to leave my watch there that needed the link removed and they took care of it right then and there in a matter of minutes.  I also took another watch there that had stopped working, thinking it needed a new battery.  They were very honest and told me it was not the battery but was the stem and unless I was attached to the watch, it wasn't worth repairing.  I appreciated their honesty!  Somewhere else would have probably changed the battery, I would have paid for it and they send me on my way only for me to get frustrated because the watch still wouldn't work.  My fiancee also took a brand new watch there to have the face cleaned because there was a spec of dirt of something under the crystal and he also needed a link removed.  They kept his watch because the repair was much more involved, but when we picked it up, it was well worth the wait....very clean and looked great, better than when we bought it!  Mr. Jewelry is a small business and seem to be very honest.  We were very pleased with the work they did and would definately go back and recommend them to anyone!!

They were quick, did a nice job. Looks great! A little pricy, charged me $100. But it was completed a week ahead of the time they had told me. I needed for a wedding so they rushed the job. I would reccommend them to anyone. Very professional

No story, just business....

Mister Jewelry examined the piece and provided an estimate for repair. The first replacement stone provided by the supplier was unsuitable for various reasons, and was therefore rejected. The second replacement stone was of superior quality and subsequently set in the ring within a few days of arrival. The workmanship was remarkable, giving the appearance of original factory installation.

They are very good. The last time I used them was for my engagement ring. I like that they are a small business. They are reasonable and they are friendly.
