Mike's Tree Service

This job went GREAT! This was the second time I used Mike's Tree Service. The first was about 3 years ago for a smaller project and because it went so well, I called them for this larger project. Their office representative Kat kept me informed all along the way. Megan, a certified arborist, came out and did the estimate and listened carefully to what I was trying to accomplish and made recommendations. We also talked about the health of all my trees and care recommendations. I received my estimate soon thereafter and approved the job. This job involved removing multiple limbs off a silver maple hanging over my house and fence, trimming back a crape myrtle getting close to my house, trimming back a river birch getting close to my neighbor's and my house and lifting the lower level of the birch, extensively trimming and removing 2 large limbs from a 40+ year old pin oak, and removing a small sized maple. As a special request, I asked that someone sweep off some leaf debris and moss that was growing on part of my roof, which they did for me too. So, I think this job involved a lot of work! On the day of the job, the team arrived, looked every thing over, set up the bucket truck, chipper, and got all the equipment out and the work began with different teams working on different trees. It was organized, professional, efficient, and amazing! The crew was friendly, respectful of both my property and my neighbor's property (I really appreciated that!), and worked well together. The stump from the maple that was removed was ground down. After all the work was done they cleaned up leaving the place looking better than when they came. The cost for the job as $1,775.00 and when I saw how much work they actually did and how well it was done, it was worth every penny! The job took a little over an hour, maybe an hour and a half. I would highly recommend Mike's Tree Service, I have used them twice and both times I was 100% happy with the job and felt I got high value for the money I spent.

Very satisfied with the work. They did what I asked them to do, even did a little extra trimming at no additional charge, and cleaned up well afterwards. I would hire them again.

The service was prompt and provided exactly as described.  There were absolutely no issues.

Great experience, the crew was on time and removed 2 large trees next to the house in the back yard.  The stumps were ground down and everything was cleaned up afterwards.

It was a delicate job because of the existing trees, power lines, and houses.  To add to their degree of difficulty, there were also unexpected parked cars that we could not move.  Mike brought a large crew.  All were neat, well spoken, and polite.  They worked well together and all the work was performed as per estimate without a hitch.  After delaying the job because of our fear of damaging our neighbor's property, I almost wish I had more work for this crew.  My yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.
