MERCHANT'S TIRE & AUTO CENTERS

Back tire had a nail in it and would not hold air very long. Merchant's quickly assisted me and determined they would not be able to put a Plug in it due to nail being so close to side wall. Current tires were bought at same store and were under warranty. Store thoroughly discussed all options and readily backed the warranty. Even took time to discuss options on phone with my husband so he could get all of his questions answered . Once we decided to go with a different brand of tire they quickly replaced them. Will definitely go back to them for further needs.

These guys were great! I rarely let anyone touch my wife's 1964 Corvette, but the tech at Merchant's was very professional and took great care of her car.

I'm very pleased with the morning crew in the reception area and the service went very well. Service was fast and efficient. Needed repair was noted and estimate was given for future repair. Service Manager, Chris, was friendly, empathetic, and very helpful. There was a desk in the lobby and free wifi provided.

nice enough-but I asked them what time it would be ready and was told in a few hrs but it was there all day! I called a couple times and they assured me -soon_! Well 10 mins before closing I called them and it was ready but they forgot to call me!

They're fast and they a great job!

They tell you if the car doesn't need repaired instead of charging you for something that didn't need done. I think thats good for a company because it makes me want to come back. I trust them. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors and plan on continuing my service with them.
