My iMac wouldn't start, and nothing I did seemed to help. The Apple Store referred me to Mac Specialist. My Hard drive had failed and I thought I had lost all my pictures and songs. They were upbeat, and assured me that it could be fixed, and they would make every attempt to get my pictures back. They called me the same afternoon and said they had replaced the hard drive, but it take a bit longer to get my pictures. I picked up my iMac the next morning with all my photos and songs saved. Best service I've ever had.
