He does very good work but the problem I had with it was not his fault.  It was an old TV so it took a very long time to get the part.  It took weeks, in fact a couple of months.  It finally came in, he did the work and I got my television back.  After that I had absolutely no problems with the repair.  I don't have to use TV repair people anymore because I just got rid of the entire box TV's and got a new TV.  If I don't find anybody else for TV repair, I will go back to him.  When I go into his shop I feel like I'm in my grandfather's attic.

He had my LCD TV for 2 FULL months. I could not believe that issue. Then he did NOTHING with the TV. He did not find 'anything' wrong with this TV and claimed it was a cable problem of all things! The man came to my home and I told him my electricity was out by the city. He said he would have to charge me to take the TV with him-and then he charged me $95.00 for just coming to my front door. He also insulted me by asking me if I knew how to disconnect the TV?? He charged me $160.00 for holding my TV for TWO months!!! Then he asked for cash only. I wonder why? Most likely because they do not provide good customer service.  Refused a credit card payment and I carry no cash. Then he got angry.  I am sure he thought I would dispute it like a number of people that he has come into contact with. The LCD TV continues to have problems in a number of areas. He did nothing to fix this problem and was not professional about his service at all. He has a real DIRTY AND DUMPY business suite-that should tell you all. I did not know where else to go. Take your gut feeling-do not go there. I had not checked out the physical store prior to the appointment and that was my mistake.


TOTALLY DISQUISTING as well as the physical condition of his business-a DIVE.

"On the day of the appointment the technician called the member who said she was home. When the tech got there, she wasn't home, so he had to wait. When she finally returned home, she then told him that the power was off. The tech informed her that the unit would have to be brought into the shop. She refused to allow this and then she brought the unit to the shop on a later date. After test running and thoroughly checking, no trouble could be found. The member was charged our standard trip fee of $95.00 and $65 labor for the many hours spent on her TV. - Billy Maurice, President"
