Martin Remodeling

This is an honest review, if anyone that has gotten work from Austin and gave him a 5 star review I would believe he asked his friends to leave good reviews because his quality of work is elementary verses him stating he is a class A Contractor. Austin was hired to do trim work in our condo; base, casing and crown. He is a great salesman that talks about his work quality and attention to detail. He and his employee that seemed to be learning was only in our condo for a day and a half and you will see the quality of his trim work in the pictures below. On the second day certain aspects on his previous days work was addressed with hopes it would be improved upon. After that day wrapped and we got back home a lot was done downstairs, but it looked rushed, sloppy, there was damage to existing trim and wall above the trim work and not professional for someone that raves about their work quality. At that point it was decided we did not want to continue with his service and terminated him.

Austin helped us greatly with our front porch, siding, and handrails. He was professional. communicated incredibly well, was always on time, kind, courteous, and such a great price. Go with him!!!

Austin did an amazing job! We had a few changes prior to our scheduled work. He was very responsive and accommodating to match our wishes/choices. We will be contracting this company again as we plan more home updates (both inside and outside). Pricing was very fair. We have had neighbors already rave about the beautiful job. Thank you Austin for by our superb work and attention to detail!

This company did complete a deck for me that was 20' x 20'. However, there were spindles that were not straight. These spindles were never replaced. I would never hire this company again! Their prices are extremely high! The Owner has changed from when I first started working with him in 2021. At the beginning he was fair in his pricing. Got an estimate from this company to put pavers in my back yard and was quoted $20,000 which was an exorbitant amount! I wasn't trying to cover my back yard with pavers! Will never hire this company again!

Do not recommend this company. Poor communication and quality of work. Contract was to replace all floors in a three-level townhome with LVP, remodel primary bath and refresh guest bath. They came back twice to correct issues with the kitchen floor and primary bathroom floor. Both times they left the floor in worse condition then they found it. Upon their second return, they were unable to complete the corrections to the primary bath floor and left pieces missing. They did not return to complete the floor. Uneven grout lines throughout the primary shower. The floor of master shower is uneven causing small water pools and tile under shower door is not banked correctly allowing water splash onto the floor each time we shower. Austin is very good at selling himself however he promises and does not deliver. He did not meet deadlines per his contract yet still asked for payment on several occasions due to having “loans due”.

This company did my siding , floors and took 2 walls down and closed a door . He did great on the siding. And floors and He doesnt deserve me to post pictures of the finished product is the siding and the floors however the drywall and the small details this company sucks . Until this day there nails on the beam wall my husband had a hard time taking off ,the bottom molding they didnt patch it , He didnâ  t came back to supervise the finished product but he was on point on getting his check on time as per HIS contract. Lesson learn NOW WE have to finish because his communication skills are not up to par. . He doesnâ  t deserved me posting pictures but the ones he didnâ  t finished and today is January 14, 2024.. I donâ t I like to post this but we pay so much Money to not to. We are very upset. I will not recommend this company unless you amend a contract that the last paycheck is upon total completion and he didnt complete it and until this day he didnâ  t came to my house to see the finished product . He wanted that check.I wish there options to post pictures.

We would highly recommend Martin Remodeling for any job. Austin had been amazing to work with and does incredible work. He installed pocket doors for our office and they look fantastic. He kept us informed from the time we hired him until the project was complete. We are really excited to have him complete other projects in the house. Your money will be well spent by hiring Martin Remodeling.

I am extremely pleased that I found Martin Remodeling. The owner Ausrin explained in detail how he would install a vinyl privacy fence with a gate for me and how long it would take. I also found his estimate for the job to be very reasonable. Also, his estimates are free. My privacy fence and gate are beautiful! and extremely well made. I am very pleased with the work that Austin did. Austin is ethical, conscientious, and definitely a hard worker. He shows up when he says he will and completes the job in the timeframe that he said he would. Austin is now my go to handyman. In fact, I already have a list of jobs for him to do. I would highly recommend Martin Remodeling to anyone looking for an honest and reasonably priced company to do your job You won't be disappointed.

Did a great job

He is very conscientious, he is a hard worker and a good worker and a clean worker, he is very easy to work with and he wants to please his customers. When I need more work from I will call him again.

Extremely impressed with the company specially because they were very responsive and knowledgeable, definitively I will hire them again.

Austin was on time, very communicative and very focused on what he was doing. It was a three day job and he did it in the time frame he quoted.
