My client hired Madera to rewire a house for her. She spent $7000 for their services. I've had to hound them to get them to return to finish home inspection items. Very little communication & responsiveness. Thank goodness its over & we don't have to deal with them anymore!

Do not use this company. I have been dealing with them for over 2 months via my property management company and they have been absolutely horrible. From even before the initial appointment it has been issue after issue. I was never contacted as my property management indicated. I had to reach out to them for the companies number after a week, and was finally able to speak with someone. For the initial scheduled appointment they called subsequent to the scheduled time of the appointment to reschedule for later in the week. Appointment 2 was a no show. Appointment 3 they showed up, but weren't able to complete the work in that day as they needed to buy a replacement fan. Appointment 4 they came and installed the replacement fan. Upon their leaving from this appointment I discovered that one of the switches they had worked on no longer turned on the light and that the remote they bought for the fan (as it is too high in the air to reach) didn't actually change the speed. The box provided clearly stated it was on/off only. After 2 weeks of calling the number provided and being sent to a full mailbox unable to leave a message to let them know about the issue, I reached out to my property management again, and they were able to get another person to schedule another appointment.
Appointment 5 they no showed. Appointment 6 they came, fixed the light switch and stated they would need to go buy a replacement remote and would return later that afternoon. They did not. Appointment 7 was a no show. After once again trying multiple times to reach them, my property management had to reach out again. At this point, I was promised that someone would show up and would complete the fix; that this was a priority that would absolutely be taken care of in this appointment. Appointment 8, they came, but weren't actually prepared to fix the issue. They didn't bring a ladder tall enough (which they new before they walked in the door, because it was mentioned on the way in). When I (angrily) let them know that this was unacceptable as I was promised this would be fixed and that this situation was fing ridiculous, after all of the no shows, and the general lack of attempting to even fix the issue, he literally walked out the door. No offer of solutions, no just let me get the tall ladder. It was - I'm not dealing with you yelling and I'm leaving. After all of these issues, I am uncertain how anyone dealing with this company has ever had anything accomplished.
And BTW, the only thing the person I can speak to could say was that he would be dealt with. No solutions have been offered to fix the situation since their employee left.

They didn't do that bad of job. Manny himself was great and did good work. He did have a young crew working for him and they seemed to be inexperienced. They cut into my drywall in some places to get to the wiring and didn't patch it very well. I can still see the spots they left behind. Insurance did handle the billing process.
