Stay away! Mike sat in my home presenting me with a competitive quote to other builders. Looked me in the eye and guaranteed me satisfaction. When I was not happy with some aspects of his work, we made a verbal agreement of what he was going to do about it. He promised me he would not disappear on me if I made the final payment, unfortunately, I believed him. As soon as I paid him, he said I would have to wait two weeks for him to finish the $7000.00+ job. Two weeks later he was a few days behind, then he just stopped answering the phone or returning the calls.  When Irene came through, the first tropical storm after the fence was up, it blew my new fence down before we got 35 MPH winds.  It was evident after the fact that key posts were not even in concrete.  No other fences in my neighborhood were damaged.  He is still not answering the phone or returning phone calls.  Go to Angies List or Service Magic.  This guy will disappoint you.
