The work ended up being done well but they didn't have what they were supposed to have when they first came. They showed up and had to make a call and couldn't reach the guy then after 45 to an hour they had to go pick up the parts. We weren't sure if they would make it on time or finish on time. He seems like he has too much to do. Once the work was completed, it was done beatifully. The men doing the work was very nice.

They were delayed 1 day in starting, however, we did receive a phone call as well as an e-mail informing us of the situaiton. The men were polite and professional. The foreman helped me chase down my dog who decided to "go for a run." They cleaned up every day and after completing the job you could barely tell worked had been performed around the house. Very pleased.

The roof that Levin Contracting Inc. Company repaired for us subsequently leaked. They had said that they wouldn't guarantee it. However, I felt like I paid a lot of money for a short amount of labor and it ultimately didn't work. This was a small job and he had other big jobs to worry about. Looking at the roof, I don't think they paid much attention in the work they did. I just felt like the owner had to be out once in a while. I just like it when whoever I'm paying gets involved in the work, that wasn't the case with Levin Contracting Inc. Company. I would not use them again in the future.

Good estimatring and communications from Jim Levin. Prompt and responsive scheduling. Good quality work although xould have been better explaining what the roffers would and would not do w respect to skylight replacement. Roof looks great and follow up service to address couple of small issues has been good. Only criticism I would have is that explanation of what would and would not be done-included with skylight replacement was not clear; and, when in the middle of the job, when customer is told "If you read page two paragraph x of the contract, you'll see it clearly states "we don't do such and such." We eventually sorted the issue out but if a customer needs to have a lawyer review and explain the contract so it's understandable there's a potential problem that should be solved by a clearer explanation during estimating of what would and would not be done with respect to skylight replacement. In the end Jim Levin personally tended to the issues and arranged for a reasonable and satisfactory resolution that was fair to both parties. Price was very competitive and quality was good - new roof looks great!

They were professional and from what I can see they did a good job. It is not leaking anymore. We had some issues with scheduling but overall they were very good. We are a smaller job and they had other jobs going on that were taking longer than expected. The two guys who came out and the lady I worked with on the phone were extremely professional.

They did a great job at a reasonable price and they were responsive.

Total professionalism performed. Levin checked out the problem, found the error and fixed in one day. Concern was shown in all steps to include making sure shingles the may have to be replaced would match original for aesthetic view of roof. Very impressed with job. Would call again if the need arises.

We had very high winds, that blew some shingles off. We had a few people give us estimates. I found them through a personal referral. He gave us an estimate. They did the work in a couple of hours. We have had more high winds since then, but we have had no more problems.

Best proposal. Nailed the needs without even talking to me. Activities fully explained. Crew completed in one day. Nail guns used so debris on attic floor.

The company was very responsive. They got back to us when they said they would and provided a fair and reasonable estimate for the job, which they stuck with. They were professional, timely, and did great work. This job was on rental property in another state than we live, but the contractor did not try to take advantage and oversell us on the repairs. I really appreciated the honest, professional work they performed.

They did such a good job. They got right to work and got it done fast. They were a hard working crew who were polite and skilled. They cleaned up everything and used a magnet to get nails out of the yard. My roof looked good when they were done.

This company is one of the best companies that I have had an experience with. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to and did everything right. We have not had any problems with leaks or anything since they were out here. We felt that their price was very reasonable.
