They were professional and on time. The price seemed to be fair. The crew needed to be monitored, so I stood there and watched. It had to be so wide. I was glad I was there to monitor.

Original beginning date was delayed two weeks because of customer request to increase the scope on a project they had begun. Was okay with that. Concrete work and installation of underground drain lines began on time with the new schedule and was completed within the predicted period of three days. Cleanup behind themselves was very good. However, because it was going to rain on the day they completed the concrete work, they did not begin sealing around the foundation. They said they would be back to next day to get it completed. It was almost 4 weeks before they came back to finish that portion of the contract despite several calls asking about the status of the effort.

The company we had originally hired to lay the foundation did such a poor job, that Leland had to completely re-do it. This time it was done right, and for a great price. The crew was prompt, and very hard working. They finished the work in less than two days, and it is perfectly level. The work site was cleaned of all debris, and it was taken away. We were extremely happy with their service.

This company did a very good job on the driveway and the concrete triangle. The workmen were very courteous and the job was done in a few days. I had called six other companies and they were the only ones that called back about the job. After they poured the concrete, they came back a couple of times to make sure the concrete was settling correctly. This was a very good company that did a very good job.
