Mr. Laird was prompt, courteous, professional, engaging, thorough, and most importantly, trustworthy. Was able to move rooms of furniture without assistance and without disrupting entire household. Left furniture in place as before, but only cleaner. Price was competitive. Very, very satisfied with the company.
