Worst contractor experience I've ever had. The pond leaked even before it was completed. Stuart Chesson demanded his money or refused to anymore work. We gave him his money and they finished but till this day (5 months after) install the pond is still leaking. Not only that Stuart is rude, nasty and completely unprofessional. When you are cussing and ridiculing customers you have no reason to do business, period. We contacted Stuart to come out to fix the leak only to get told that we would get charged $250 with no guarantees. Stay away from this guy and this business or you will suffer the same problems me and the other two reviewers posted on here.

They did a good job cleaning the pond out, but a leak developed in the waterfall after they finished.  I contacted them immediately, to which they didn't respond.  After another attempt, I was told they would take care of it, but haven't heard from or seen them, so I will have to call someone else out to take care of the leak they created.  Additionally, I never received a receipt from them, which I was told I would get via email, but do have a cancelled check for the clean out.  Initially I gave them a good review, but unfortunately had to change it due to this experience.  Not a good way to do business.

Worst contractor experience I have ever had.  Koizilla has downsized and may end up going out of business - but may regenerate as something else, be careful out there.  They do pools and decks not just ponds.  Avoid Stuart Chesson and any company he runs.

Did not go well. After the work was completed, the owner called and told that they wanted more money. I said no. I paid what we had agreed, but he became abusive and insulting. Later, the blower on the filter failed and the filter developed numerous leaks due to bad installation. The owner refused to support the warranty. I would absolutely never use them again.
