Kirk arrived and since it was going to take several days to order the fan. to get the A/C functioning he worked to get the existing one working. It turned out that it eventually failed again but by then the new one was available. He then installed the new fan and it has been working fine ever since.

Ty came out shortly after I called Kirk Mechanical. He assessed the problem, called the company (Trane) to check on replacement parts, explained the problem to me and gave me his recommendation on what needed to be done to get our AC back up and running. One part was not in stock so I had to wait a day until it was available. It was a hot night!

Ty called the next morning, said the parts were in and he was on his way to pick them up then would be over. He replaced the motor (luckily it was under warranty, variable speed module and control board. He checked operations to ensure everything was working properly - which it was. He checked system pressure inside and outside and changed the filter. The AC was cooling the house properly.

Ty was professional, courteous, thorough and quick. I would recommend Kirk Mechanical for any HVAC work, we are very pleased with the service and price!

I cannot recall exactly what was wrong with the unit. It was the hottest day of the year though and they came right out. I do not care for the a/c but it is very important to my wife. They are terrific. They showed up here on time and the guy was very pleasant. He was here for several hours and he used a lot of parts from his truck. I am very pleased with them.

This guy worked well over an hour and only charged $100 that was very reasonable. He brought a drop cloth to lay and a vacuum cleaner to clean everything. He was very polite and courteous. They have great service, were on time and they did explain what they were doing.
