"TO SAY THE LEAST, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS REPORT. FIRST OF ALL, THEY ARE FILING THIS REPORT ONE YEAR AFTER I PERFORMED THE INSPECTION ON THEIR HOME. I AM SURE THEIR RECOLLECTION OF THE INSPECTION SHOULD BE A LITTLE FUZZY. THE ACTUAL COST OF THE INSPECTION WAS $255 DOLLARS AFTER I GAVE THEM A $20 DISCOUNT! SECONDLY, THEY RATED ME A "B" ON PUNCTUALITY WHEN THEY ARRIVED 15 MINUTES LATE. AND LASTLY, THEY STATED I SEEMED COLD AND DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT MY WORK. THAT IS PROBABLY IS THE MOST UNPROFOUND STATEMENT THEY COULD MAKE. IT IS AN INSULT AND UNJUSTIFIED. THE SIMPLE FACT THAT I DID A GREAT INSPECTION FOR THEM OVER ONE YEAR AGO AND THEY WOULD USE ME AGAIN SIGNIFIES THAT I CARE ABOUT MY WORK. I HAVE SENT THIS COUPLE A LETTER WITH MY CONCERNS OVER THIS REPORT AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. I AM NOT SURE THAT I WOULD INSPECT ANOTHER HOME FOR THESE PEOPLE SEEING THAT THEY ARE SO UNAPPRECIATIVE."
