We are a small locally owned business specializing in late model collision repair. We work with all insurance companies to get your car restored back to pre accident condition as soon as possible. Small cosmetic repairs are important, also, to protect or enhance the value of your vehicle.

We perform late model collision repair, and advise you as to what damage is not necessary to fix, as well as complete or partial paint jobs. We can repair your car as needed in order to pass state inspection, including frame and suspension work as needed. We also perform normal cosmetic repairs for dents and scrapes or hail damage, to save you time and money.

About 3 weeks ago while driving in York County, we had a brief, but very intimate, encounter with a deer. It ended poorly.. Our 2010 Nissan Versa was badly injured (don't ask about the deer!): the entire front grille was gone, the hood was newly configured into an A-frame, the headlights were destroyed. Our insurance agent recommended Kempsville Body Shop to us, and so we met with Margie McCormick. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that in addition to the obvious cosmetic issues, the radiator and AC had also suffered some injuries. Her initial estimate for time to repair the car was 2 weeks. Actuality: 2 weeks. Her initial estimate for cost to repair: $4000. Actuality: 6 cents cheaper than she estimated.
Throughout the entire time, she called us about every 5 days to give a status report stating current progress and what was going to happen next. Given that we didn't want to be in the situation we were in to start with, she made it as painless as possible. We were extremely impressed with the efficiency and got no unpleasant surprises regarding costs, etc. The repaired car looked showroom new when we picked it up. New paint matched perfectly.
