Mark Kelley takes on one job at a time, so he was working only for us while we contracted with him. He was in our home Monday-Friday each week and when he told us he'd be there a certain time, he was there. He gave good advice on tile types and even some decorating tips based on what he had observed in other homes in which he had worked. When we found termite damage behind a bathroom wall, he found something else to do on the project while we waited for an inspector to assure us it was old damage and safe to cover over. When we changed the first design of the custom closet, he made adjustments without any complaint. Mark did exactly what he contracted to do and more so. He was unfailingly pleasant to work with and we enjoyed his company as much as his workmanship.
