Kellam Mechanical deserves a 5 star rating for their technician, Morgan. HE IS EXCELLENT. HE provides excellent customer service and does what is needed to keep his customers satisfied. The call center and scheduling is not as customer friendly. I continue to do business with Kellam for the sole purpose of getting Morgan to work on our oil/water boiler. HE is one of the few in the area that really knows what he is doing. ASK FOR MORGAN and you will be satisfied with his work, knowledge and service.
