We called Keith at 12pm. We were very distraught because we had to put our dog down at 11 am an hour prior. The dog would not come out from under the bed for 3 days. So, we had major odor problems. He was out to us same day less than 4 hours later leaving our carpets good as new. How prompt and sensitive to our extremely rough day. We would recommend him to anyone.

We had him do the rooms that had the most foot traffic. We just moved in, so we didn t have to move anything or have him move anything. He didn t take a long time to finish the job, and he did a really thorough job. Friends referred him to us, and we have referred him to others as well.
