Took my laptop into Just Laptops in Virginia Beach to diagnose why the screen was scrambled. They took my laptop right in, and quickly diagnosed and replaced a defective screen. Gave my an upfront price which was very reasonable. While they had the laptop apart they cleaned the fan, and the intake and exhaust vents at no charge which was I appreciated. Service was accurate, professional and friendly. I feel very comfortable with staff at the Virginia Beach location and will gladly go back if I have trouble with my laptop. Thank you, Judy Sweetland

My 2 1/2 year old laptop quit working all of a sudden and despite my attempts to recover the unit and set it back to factory specs, I got stuck. We looked up computer repair places in the area and decided on Just Laptops because of their other reviews. Taking it in on a Friday morning, we spoke with store personnel telling her what we had done trying to fix it. The OS was stuck in the recovery mode and there was no getting around it. The laptop was left with them around noon that day and by 4 p.m. the same day they called us to tell us it was fixed. Wow! They performed diagnostics, restored the OS to factory condition with a new version of Windows 7, plus added some malware protection. My laptop didn't have a lot of things on it as it's not our main computer to use, but sometimes you just need a laptop and we figured it was worth trying to save.
Both company representatives we dealt with at drop off and pick up were very knowledgable and helpful, explained what they were going to and and what they ended up doing in detail. The cost was extremely reasonable. Although we only own one laptop, they will be my go-to people for repairs and will highly recommend them to my friends and family who have laptops.

Returned approximately a week later to get the screen replaced and it was done the next day.
The cost was extremely reasonable compared to sending the laptop back to the manufacturer or to a national chain for replacement and was much quicker. Thank you!

Fantastic! We called Just Laptop's with a few questions before we decided to repair one of our laptops. The service was friendly and honest. We decided to have the repairs done and the work was completed quickly. We had our screen replaced and it looks great!
