Locally owned and operated HVAC and Electrical installation and repair company. The owner is licensed in the state of Virginia as a Master HVAC tech. Over 40 years of HVAC experience as well as electrical experience. Work for individuals as well as property managers and on military installations. Use subcontractors when needed. Labor rate at $75.00 per hour, prorated every half hour after the first hour. We run a special at the beginning of the heating season for $50.00 for a heating check Ask about Angieslist discount. Senior citizens discount and a military discount available along with referral program scheme.
